The Historical Diving Society (the HDS) was formed in 1990 in the UK by a group of enthusiasts whose aim is to preserve and protect diving heritage.
Magicbug was approached to convert their old site which was locked into a custom content management system into WordPress, tasks included creating a custom WordPress theme, page templates, integrating WooCommerce to handle shop sales but also allowing recurring membership fees to be collected.
Also integrated into the main The Historical Diving Society website was the museums sub-website reducing the maintenance overhead for the client.
